LIST OF OUR CURRENT ACTIVE PHONE NUMBERS:

I THINK SOMEONE IS GIVING OUT INFORMATION ABOUT ME:
Usually all parties in dispute know each other on a personal basis  but typically, one party denies knowing the other for various reasons. If calling our chat line is a local call, no records will appear on your phone bill.  Just like the phone company we are legally NOT liable for the content of conversations.   If you feel someone is harassing you, contact your local police. Remember there are many many telephone and internet chat lines beside ours. Information could appear anywhere on the internet.   Our chat line does not allow callers to “post” items, like on a  bulletin board. Because we cannot monitor the chatline, we cannot mediate disputes between callers.

BLOCKING ACCESS TO OUR SERVICE:
For no charge your phone company can usually block your access to our chat lines.

PROBLEMS WITH OTHER CALLERS
Never, ever give out personal information. Do not assume messages you hear from other callers are true. Callers may lie to you or mislead you. We do not prescreen callers and all callers must agree to our rules and regulations before gaining access to the system. This includes assuming all risk and liability for using the chat line and agreeing to hold us totally harmless. ANY DECISION OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU BASED ON WHAT OTHER CALLERS MIGHT TELL YOU, OR WHAT YOU MIGHT HEAR ON THE CHATLINE IS SOLELY AT YOUR DISCRETION AND YOUR OWN RISK. YOU AGREE TO HOLD US TOTALLY HARMLESS. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY. ANY DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE OR ANY OTHER DISPUTE SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, BY AN ARBITRATOR IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND WITH THE LOSING PARTY PAYING THE LEGAL COSTS OF THE WINNING PARTY. THE DECISION WILL BE BINDING AND FINAL ON ALL PARTIES SUBJECT TO THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION

IS YOUR SYSTEM REALLY FREE?
