My Auto Renew Membership Says “It Has Expired”
We tried to renew your membership, but the bank declined to approve the sale so your membership expired. You should re-order with a different credit card. Or contact your bank to resolve any issue.

My phone number is blocked. What can I do?
Make sure caller your ID is turned on. If it is turned off the chat line will not work. If you are blocked, contact customer support by completing the form below. And we will do our best to unblock you. Some smaller phone companies, internet or VoIP carriers block all calls to chat lines.

If you want your number blocked, please do the following:
Call 605-615-5700. When the computer answers and asks you to dial the ‘7’ button to agree to our terms of service, Dial the ‘9’ button instead and then follow the directions.

How will charges for “The Free Chat Line” appear on my credit card statement?
It will appear as a charge to Frolic Phone.

Does “The Free Chat Line” have personals?
Yes. Go to the Main Menu and select the option, “Personals”.
